You retain all rights to the music you upload to SolStream. However, by uploading music, you grant SolStream a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your music in connection with SolStream’s services.
You may not use SolStream for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not upload music that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you upload materials that you are not the rights holder of or have an agreement with the rights holder, you will be in violation of our terms of service and your materials will be removed.
